Statement of Work No. 4 - Analytics Dashboard
This Statement of Work (the “Agreement”) is entered into on 10 October 2026 (the “Effective Date”) between:
Provider: Shivansh Modawal, Modawal Labs Ltd, of 14 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AJ
Client: Kenji Watanabe, Fabrikam Analytics GmbH, of Friedrichstraße 68, 10117 Berlin
(each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
1. Scope
1.1 The Provider shall design and build an analytics dashboard covering revenue, retention and usage, integrated with the Client's data warehouse, as described in the Requirements Document dated 3 October 2026.
2. Milestones
2.1 Milestone 1: Discovery and design, two weeks from the Effective Date.
2.2 Milestone 2: Build and integration, six weeks from acceptance of Milestone 1.
2.3 Milestone 3: Rollout and handover, two weeks from acceptance of Milestone 2.
3. Fees
3.1 A fixed fee of €48,000 excluding VAT, invoiced 30% on signature, 40% on acceptance of Milestone 2 and 30% on acceptance of Milestone 3.
3.2 Change requests are priced at €1,100 per person-day and require written approval before work begins.
4. Acceptance
4.1 The Client shall test each deliverable within ten (10) Business Days of delivery and either accept it or notify material non-conformities in writing. Deliverables not rejected within that period are deemed accepted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
